Carol Casey Scholarship
This scholarship was established to honor the memory of Carol Casey, former nurse and health services coordinator of Putnam City Schools. The scholarship is awarded to a Putnam City senior who intends to study for a health service degree in college.

Requirements
- Applications will be accepted from any Putnam City senior student with an interest in obtaining a degree in the health/science field.
- Applicants must have a 3.3 GPA or better, overall.
- Applicants must exhibit a need for the scholarship. A copy of the previous year’s federal tax return will be required.
- Current transcript will be required.
