Donations
The Putnam City Public Schools Foundation is a 501(c) 3 charitable organization. All donations made to the CareShare program are 100 percent tax deductible. You may make your financial donation by contacting the Putnam City Public Schools Foundation at (405) 495-5200, ext. 1205. Payment types accepted: cash, check, Visa and MasterCard.
CareShare also accepts in-kind donations of new shoes, new or used coats and unwrapped clothing and toys. All donations must be accompanied with a completed In-kind Donation form (PDF, 0KB)
