Excellent Educator Award
The Excellent Educator Award recognizes five outstanding teachers in the Putnam City school district who go above and beyond the call of duty in educating students. Each recipient receives a cash award of $1,000, and another award of $500 to be used in the classroom.
- Anyone may submit nominations, using the official nomination form. (DOC, 035KB)
- Nominees must hold a teaching certificate in the State of Oklahoma and be actively engaged in classroom teaching.
- Upon being nominated, each nominee will receive an <application form. (DOC, 78KB)
- Application packets are considered by a selection committee that evaluates the merits of the nominees and select the winners.
